Yes—you need a domain name (e.g., yourbusiness.co.uk) to have a professional email address. If you don't have one, we can register a domain for you. If you already have one, we'll configure email on your existing domain.

03 Can I keep my existing email address?

If you already have a professional email address on your own domain, yes—we migrate it to our servers and you keep the same address. If you're switching from a free provider (Gmail, Hotmail), you'll get a new professional address but we can set up forwarding from your old address during the transition.

04 Will my emails still work with Outlook and my phone?
