What they needed

Countryside Holiday Parks operates three sites across Northern Ireland. Each park was managing bookings through phone calls and a shared spreadsheet. Double-bookings were common, and the lack of online booking meant they were losing customers to competitors with more convenient booking processes.

What we built

We built a multi-site booking platform using PrestaShop's multi-store capability, allowing each park to have its own branded section while sharing a single back office. The system handles accommodation availability, pricing rules (seasonal rates, minimum stays, special offers), and online payments via Stripe.

Customers can browse parks, check live availability, and book in under 2 minutes. Automated confirmation emails and pre-arrival information emails reduce admin workload.
